The WildSouth Film Festival is held biennially in Wanaka, New Zealand, in association with the Festival of Colour. The festival is a showcase for some of the best non-fiction films from around the world. Film categories cover the spectrum from close encounters with ‘creepy crawlies’ to fragile ecosystems and hot science. The festival program combines extensive public screenings with stimulating talks by guest speakers and ‘behind the scene’ recounts from filmmakers.
